2012 Philippine Hot Air Balloon Festival is coming and according to the organizers, at least 22 hot-air balloons made by nine participating countries will be seen at the 17th Philippine Hot Air Balloon Festival 2012 which will be on February 9 to 12, 2012, at the Philippine Air Force’s ADAC hangar in Clark Freeport Pampanga.

Negrenses can look forward to a unique display of global street dancing this month as the Negros Oriental State University (NORSU) in Dumaguete City prepares to roll out its Hugyawan Festival on Dec. 3, 2011. Joy Perez, NORSU information officer, said this year’s Hugyawan will feature the various carnivals of the world.
