In order to make the 2012 Dinagyang Festival more spectacular event and to attract more guests and tourists, the Dinagyang Festival organizers will be implementing changes.

Iloilo Dinagyang Festival 2012

In the recent launching of the 2012 festival at SM City Iloilo, Mabilog led in the signing of a memorandum of agreement with Fr. Achilles Secio of the San Jose Parish and the Iloilo Dinagyang Foundation Inc.
